Dugo’s Drying unit and sealed incinerator are non-odor facility that can dry and incinerate municipal waste including food waste.
This facility is applicable to all business sites subject to the Waste Management Act and Odor Prevention Act.

Dugo’s drying unit for organic waste treatment system (patent registration 10-0789001) indirectly heats the organic waste in the dryer by
the heating medium supplied from the boiler. This technology that can achieve high-speed drying by inducing heat exchanger (cooler) and
performing heat exchange at low temperature.

Dugo’s condensation device and method (patent registration 10-08564529) of the drying unit for the organic waste treatment system
condenses the moisture of the water vapor generated in the drying unit of the organic waste treatment facility by the cooling water to be
discharged to the outside. It is a technology that can remove the odor. (Low temperature pyrolysis drying method)

Dugo’s sealing technology can achieve various effects by isolating the waste from oxygen and then heating it in low oxygen and low
temperature (200 ℃ ~ 450 ℃) environment.

  • Pyrolysis gas is completely burned in the combustion chamber and flammable waste with a high moisture content is also naturally dried in
    pyrolysis process. It is not necessary to dismantle it separately and it is possible to save manpower and shorten the process.
  • No generation of toxic gas (Sox, NOx, dioxin, etc.) in the combustion process, and gas in a hypoxic environment without burning solid waste
    directly. This gas burns after generated, so dust generation is suppressed to less than 1/100, and special incineration of agriculture and marine
    waste is possible
  • Completely sealed to prevent generation of odor due to gas generation and high temperature combustion by gas, and 100% incomplete
    combustion
  • The reaction occurs at a temperature lower than the temperature of heavy metals evaporating (low-temperature pyrolysis).
